Its two targeted programs are REVOLVE Detroit and the Detroit Green Grocer Project. REVOLVE is a cutting-edge program to grow neighborhood retail based on a place-making strategy that builds collaborations among community leaders, building owners, entrepreneurs, and artists to activate vacant storefronts with transformational businesses and art installations. Attendees will get a literal taste of REVOLVE’s as they sample the offerings and meet the owners of a bake shop and a restaurant that went from pop-up to permanent with assistance from REVOLVE. The Detroit Green Grocer Project focuses its neighborhood retail development on grocery stores, to provide good food choices for Detroit consumers while stabilizing communities and creating jobs. Green Grocer supports stores with technical assistance to improve facilities and marketing efforts, facade improvement matching funds to create more attractive store exteriors, and help in finding non-traditional sources of capital for large expansion projects. Session attendees will enjoy additional refreshment and insight from owners of two independent grocers who have made significant improvements to their stores with the help of the GGP. The REVOLVE and GGP program managers will facilitate a discussion to allow attendees to get first-hand information about how these programs are working and how they fit in with DEGC’s overall program to bring new jobs and investments to Detroit.

We recycle, redevelop, renew, redefine, uplifted and brand you. All while catering to the creativity in you and producing products that are extremely unique and affordable. LTGraphics, Studio and Showroom, Inc. offers Graphic Design and Branding Services. We produce print collateral with impact, logos and websites along with operating a showroom. Lititia White, Master Designer and CEO displays an extremely unique graphic and fine arts collection of Detroit area artists works, including her own. We also display and sell: graphic and fine works of art, gee clays/prints, greeting cards, hand crafted jewelry, wearable art, and Detroit centered swag. Located in the beautifully restored Sugar Hill Building (71 Garfield) in Midtown Detroit, we currently have three interns that receive hands-on experience and training in the above-mentioned areas of expertise. It is our mission to expand and increase our number of interns, leading to the development of a six-month to one year training program, that will lead to jobs and/or entrepreneurial opportunities for our interns.
